'0', indicating the absence of
toner?
3 Execute 'HPPR-MTR' in service
mode ( ) to operate the

hopper motor. Does the voltage
between J05A-1 (+) and J105A-2
(–) on the DC controller PCB
change from 24 to about 0 V?
4 Is the connection of the relay
connector J770 and J719 secure?
