Ports in Vlan
NOTE:
Each port must belong to at least one VLAN. Any port which is removed from a VLAN and
which is not a member of any other VLAN is automatically added to default VLAN #1. You cannot
remove a port from VLAN #1 if the port has no membership in any other VLAN.
Also, you cannot add a port to more than one VLAN unless the port has VLAN tagging turned on.
Switch Spanning Tree Groups Configuration
To display the following form, select Layer 2 > Spanning Tree Groups (click the underlined text, not
the folder).
This form summarizes Spanning Tree Group parameters.
Description
Lists the ports that can be added to the VLAN.
Lists the ports that are members of the VLAN.
Select a port number in the Ports Available list and click Add to add the port to the
VLAN membership.
Select a port number in the Ports in VLAN list and click Remove to remove the port
from the VLAN membership.
