Description
Controller host ports that the mapping applies to.

Blank if not mapped or mapped as no-access.
LUN that identifies the volume to a host.

Blank if not mapped or mapped as no-access.
Type of host access to the volume.

read-write: The host has read and write access to the volume. This is the
default.
read-only: The host has read access to the volume.
no-access: The host is denied access to the volume.
not-mapped: The host is not mapped to the volume.
For an FC or SAS host port, the host WWPN.

For an iSCSI host port, the host initiator node name (typically the IQN).
For any host that is not explicitly mapped, all other hosts.
Host nickname.

Blank if not set or for all other hosts.
Standard: The host allows LUN 0 to be assigned to a mapping.

OpenVMS: The host does not allow LUN 0 to be assigned to a mapping.
HP-UX: The host allows LUN 0 to be assigned to a mapping and uses Flat
Space Addressing.
