7. The memory boards sit side by side underneath the processor baseboard.
Choose the board you want to remove, and pull open the two retaining
latches that hold it in place. See Figure 5-7.

8. Hold the memory board by the corners, and carefully pull the board from
its slot. See Figure 5-7.
NOTE
If you need to remove both memory boards, repeat steps 7 and
8 for the other board.
9. Place the memory board component-side up on a firm, anti-static surface
for protection.
10. Install or remove DIMMs as described in later in this chapter.
