Action: To correct this failure, follow these steps:
Power down the WAVE appliance, and then reconnect the keyboard.

Action: To correct this failure, follow these steps:
Be sure the keyboard and mouse are connected.
Only authorized technicians should attempt to remove the system board. If you
believe the system board requires replacement, contact your support
representative before proceeding.
