Monitoring core switch blade (CR8) status

To determine the status of a CR blade:
1.
Check the LED indicators on the core switch blade (see
temporarily change during POST and other diagnostic tests; for information about how to interpret
the LED patterns, see

Check core switch blade status by typing slotShow and haShow.

CP blade has valid power.
CP blade does not have incoming
power.
CP blade is either healthy or does
not have power.
CP blade is faulty or the switch is
still booting.
CP blade is not seated correctly
or is faulty.
Environmental range exceeded.
Either an Ethernet link is not detec-
ted, or it does not have incoming
power.
Ethernet link is healthy and traffic
is flowing through port.
