You can check remote notification for one or both remote communication
methods.
2. To test the call-home feature, click the Call Home check box.
3. To test the e-mail notification feature, click the E-Mail check box.
4. Click Send Test.

5. Click OK to close the message box.

Configure Ethernet Events

An Ethernet event occurs when the Ethernet link between the HAFM server and the
managed product is dropped. You can configure Ethernet events for all managed
products and set a specific time interval for an event to be generated after the
communication drops.
1. Choose Maintenance > Configure Ethernet Events.

2. To enable Ethernet events, click the Enable ethernet events check box.
3. To change the default timeout of 30 minutes, enter a new value in the Ethernet
timeout field. The value must be between 10 and 120.
