How to Configure Layer 3 Terminated VCs on the 4-Port ATM ISE Line Card
Purpose
Specifies a PVC with the specified VPI and virtual circuit
identifier (VCI).
Specifies CBR shaping.
The pcr value indicates the peak cell rate. The range is from
38 to 622,000 Kbps.
