If you use domains within your network, you might need to enter the username
with the domain name, in this format: domain\username.
To set up the LEAP requirements on the phone, follow these steps:
To enter or change the LEAP username or password, you must use exactly the
same username in the phone option or the same password string that is configured
in the RADIUS server.
The maximum length of the LEAP username or password entry is 32

Procedure
Choose Menu > Profiles > Network Profile.
Scroll to and select the profile that you want to change.
Scroll to and select 802.11b Configuration > LEAP.
The LEAP options display.
Scroll to Username or Password and press Select.
Press the Edit softkey.
Enter or modify the username or password.
