CHANGING SWITCH SETTINGS
To change the switch settings, follow these steps.
Power off and unplug the system and any external options.

Function
ISA bus clock speed: sets the ISA
bus to a slower or faster setting.
CPU voltage regulator: some
upgrade processors may require
changing this setting.
Clear password.
Resets CMOS settings to the default
CMOS values.
Enables/disables access to Setup.
Internal processor clock.
External processor clock speed.
CAUTION: Switches are set correctly at the
factory for your configuration. Only change (or
check) the appropriate switch setting if you are
upgrading your processor. Otherwise, keep the
switches at their factory settings.
WARNING: The system power must be off
before changing switch settings.

OFF = 7.5 MHz (120 MHz)
8.25 MHz (133 MHz)
(default)
ON = 10 MHz (120 MHz)
11 MHz (133 MHz)
OFF = VR (3.3 - 3.465 V)
ON = VRE (3.465 - 3.63 V)
OFF = Normal mode (default)
ON = Clear password
OFF = Normal mode (default)
ON = Reset CMOS settings
OFF = Setup access (default)
ON = Setup access disabled
OFF = 3:2 speed
ON = 2:1 (default)
