Procedure
1. Set down the stage
2. Fix the stage to the stand with a screw
3. Connect the joystick, trackball or coaxial drive to the scanning stage.
4. Connect the stage to the user PC via CAN cable and CAN-USB converter.
5. From the stage's bottom side, remove the transport securing pin.
6. For positioning of the sample, place the mounting frame K, low profile or the mounting
NOTICE
Damage due to mechanical shocks
Transporting the stage without transport securing pin may impair with the stage's functioning
or even damage the stage.

Proceed in the reverse order for removal.
