parts or labor, either repair or replace the
defective part(s). The decision to repair
or replace said part(s) is solely the pre-
rogative of aprilia USA. All parts replaced
under this warranty shall become the
property of aprilia USA.
This warranty does not cover pick up or
delivery of the motorcycle. All transporta-
tion, shipping and handling costs incur-
red by the buyer in obtaining service,
including, but not limited to, pickup and
delivery charges, shall be borne by the
buyer and not aprilia USA or any author-
ized aprilia Dealer or Workshop.
APRILIA USA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUEN-
TIAL DAMAGES
Some states or provinces do not allow the
exclusion or imitation of incidental or con-
sequential damages, or limitations on
how long an implied warranty lasts, so
this exclusion or limitation may not apply
to you. However, in most states, this war-
ranty does not included the costs of any
inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle,
consequential damages, or property
damage due to the failure of the product
and does not cover damage due to mis-
use, abuse, accident, act of god, or any
natural calamity or damage arising out of
transportation of the product. This ex-
press warranty is the sole warranty pro-
vided by the manufacturer and distributor
of the product and no other person is au-
thorized to extend any warranty on behalf
of said manufacturer or distributor. This

CESSOIRES OU INDIRECTS
Certains états ou provinces n'autorisent

mages accessoires ou indirects, ou les
limitations en termes de durée d'une ga-
rantie tacite, cette exclusion ou limitation
pouvant donc ne pas vous concerner.
