36.1 Overview

Use the diagnostics screens for troubleshooting.

36.1.1 What You Can Do in this Chapter

• The Diagnostics screen
the NXC's configuration and diagnostic information if you need to provide it to
customer support during troubleshooting.
• The Packet Capture screen
going through the NXC.
• The Wireless Frame Capture screens
network traffic going through the AP interfaces connected to your NXC.

36.2 Diagnostics

This screen provides an easy way for you to generate a file containing the NXC's
configuration and diagnostic information. You may need to generate this file and
send it to customer support during troubleshooting.
Click Maintenance > Diagnostics to open the Diagnostic screen.
