MEMORY OPERATION

Selecting a Memory channel

In the Memory mode, you can select the Memory
channels by rotating [DIAL]�
1� Push [MR] to enter the Memory mode�
L For only the ID-52A PLUS, pushing [MR] each time
selects the Memory and Weather Channel modes�
2� Rotate [DIAL]�
• Selects a Memory channel�
L Blank channels are not selected�
L To select a Memory Group, push [QUICK], and then
select "Group Select�"
L The Memory channels are commonly used for the A
and B bands� On the B band, if you select a memory
channel that is out of the selectable frequency range,

" is displayed, and the signal cannot be received�
TIP: To sequentially select a channel in a
different group
1� Push [QUICK]�
2� Select "Channel Select Group Range�"
3� Select "All Groups�"

Selecting a Call channel

Call channels are used for quick recall of most often
used operating frequencies�
Factory default frequencies and operating modes are
entered into the Call channels� Change these to suit
your operating needs�
1� Hold down [CALL] for 1 second to enter the Call
Channel mode�
2� Rotate [DIAL]�
• Selects a Call channel�
