SET MODE

My Station

My Call Sign
[MENU] > SET > My Station > My Call Sign
The transceiver has a total of 6 memories to save
your own call signs for use in the DV mode� You can
enter a call sign of up to 8 digits�
Also, you can enter a note of up to 4 characters, for
operating transceiver type, area, and so on�

entry�
L To select another My Call Sign, push D-pad() to select
a call sign, and then push [ENT] on the MY CALL SIGN
screen�
TX Message
[MENU] > SET > My Station > TX Message
The transceiver has a total of 5 memories to save
short messages for transmission with your voice
signal in the DV mode�
Enter a message of up to 20 alphanumeric characters
for each memory�
L See page 5-17 for TX message entry�
L To select other TX message, push D-pad() to select
a memory, and then push [ENT] on the TX MESSAGE
screen�
TIP: To transmit no message, select "OFF�"
My Call Sign (TM)
[MENU] > SET > My Station > My Call Sign TM (TM)
The transceiver has a total of 6 memories to save
your own call signs for use in the Terminal mode� You
can enter a call sign of up to 8 digits�
Also, you can enter a note of up to 4 characters, for
operating transceiver type, area, and so on�
As the default, "Same as Normal DV" is selected�

L To select another My Call Sign, push D-pad() to select
a call sign, and then push [ENT] on the MY CALL SIGN
(TM) screen�
L If you edit My Call Sign (TM), your own call sign will also
