No message; nothing is displayed.

Message
Address is too long
Unable to connect
(xxx) Server
Unable to resolve IP for
(xxx) Server
Condition
The printer is in Energy Save or Sleep mode.
The settings you selected were applied.
The printer is receiving data.
The scan job was canceled from the scan driver.
Color calibration is being performed or the printer is busy.
The printer is waiting to print.
The printer is printing.
The printer is searching data, such as entries in the address book.
The printer is scanning the document.
The printer is warming up.
Reason
The email address retrieved from
the LDAP server exceeds 64
characters.
A connection with the specified
server could not be established.
The IP address of the specified
server could not be obtained from
the DNS server.
Action
The printer cannot handle addresses
longer than 64 characters. Use a shorter
address.
Verify the settings specified in the
Network Setup and Email Setup menus
and then try sending the data again.
