Using Special Copy Modes

This section includes:
Copying ID Cards Using ID Copy Mode
Copying Using Poster Copy Mode
Copying Using Clone Copy Mode
Special copy modes include ID Copy, Poster Copy, and Clone Copy.
Note:
ID Card Copy, Clone Copy or Poster Copy cannot be set at the same time that 2-Up copying,
2-sided copying, or collated copying are used.
Copying ID Cards Using ID Copy Mode
Note:
These instructions are for all Phaser 6121MFP printer configurations.
ID Copy mode lets you copy the back and front of a document at full size onto one side of a single
sheet of paper as shown in the illustration below. The top two illustrations show how to position the
item being copied. The bottom illustration shows the results of the ID Card Copy.
When using ID Card Copy mode:
The scale (zoom ratio) cannot be changed.
You cannot use the auto document feeder; you must use the document glass.
Only A4, Letter, and Legal paper sizes can be selected for printing on.
You may need to adjust the placement of the ID card to allow for the 4 mm top and left non-
printable areas of the document glass. For more information on printable areas, see
on page 57.
