Setting Up Fax Reports
Fax reports provide information about faxing activities, directories, and pending jobs. The Speed Dial,
Group Dial, and the Address Book report display information about fax numbers, individuals, or group
recipients. The Fax Activity report provides information about completed fax jobs. The Fax Pending
report provides a list of faxes waiting to be sent. For a list of fax reports, see the Print Fax Reports
section in the table
Fax Menu – Main
To enable fax reports:
1. On the printer control panel, press the Fax button.
2. Press the Down Arrow button to go to Fax Default Setup and then press the OK button.
3. Arrow down to Report Setup and then press OK.
4. To enable the Fax Activity Report, at Activity Report, press OK and then arrow to On and press OK.
5. To enable the Fax Send Report, arrow down to Send Report, press OK, and then select one of the
following:
On: The report will print after each transmission and will include communication errors.

On (Error): The report will print after a transmission only when an error occurs.
•
Off: The report will not print.
Press OK.
6. To enable the Fax Receive Report, arrow down to Receive Report, press OK, and then select one of
the following:
•
On: The report will print after each fax received.
•
On (Error): The report will print after a reception only if there are reception errors.
•
Off: The report will not print.
Press OK.
