Printing Fax Reports
For a list of fax reports you can print, see the Print Fax Reports section in the table
page 152.
To print a fax report:
1. On the printer control panel, press the Fax button.
2. Press the Down Arrow button to go to Print Fax Reports and then press the OK button.
3. Arrow down to the report you want to print and then press OK.

Printing the Address Book
When you select to print the Address Book, the entire contents of the Address Book is printed, including
any empty entry numbers. You can also print only the Speed Dial entry list or only the Group Dial entry
list.
To print the entire contents of the Address Book:
1. On the left side of the printer control panel, press the Address Book button.
2. At Add/Edit Entry, press the OK button.
3. Arrow down to Print Address List and then press OK.
Note:
Once the Address Book starts printing, there is no way to stop the process, so keep in mind
that since there are over 200 entries available, several pages will be printed, even if the entries are
empty. You can print only the Speed Dial list or only the Group Dial list by selecting them under
Print Fax Reports in the Fax menu. See
Inserting Pauses in Fax Numbers
Some fax numbers require one or more pauses during the dialing sequence. Each added pause lasts
approximately 2.5 seconds.
To insert pauses in a fax number:
1. On the printer control panel, press the Fax button.
2. At Fax To, press the OK button.
3. Use the alphanumeric keypad to enter the fax number. When you need to insert a pause, press the
Redial/Pause button and then continue entering the rest of the fax number. The pause appears as
a "P" in the fax number.
Note:
Pressing the Redial/Pause button multiple times adds additional pauses.
4. Press the Start/B&W button to send the fax.
