Cause/Action
1.
Turn the power OFF and ON.
2.
Turn the Power Off to check if the device supports Option Font ROM or not from the specification. If
the device supports it, check the connection.
3.
If the problem persists, replace the ESS PWB.

Cause/Action
Certificate DB is invalid. Initialize certificate DB and security setting and then restart the printer.
