5. Selecting 900AES/AOS Configure Settings
This sub-menu allows you to configure your welding system.

Select the language in which you wish
information to be displayed.
UNITS =
USCS (D)
Select standard American units to measure
and display all settings and date.
METRIC / SI
Select metric units used to set and display all
settings and date.
If you selected PTS ON in sub-menu 2. 900AES/AOS Trigger/Actuator, move to the next
setting (W / T START = ). If you selected PTS OFF, skip the next setting and move to
WELD SCALE = .
Setting Choices

TRS (D) Select weld timing to start on the
TRS
signal
(recommended setting).
PRETRIG Select weld timing to start on the Fers signal.
WELD SCALE = lx (D) Select the multiplier displayed on the
POWER
bargraph during weld time and READY state to
display the actual power.
2X Display twice the actual power.
3X Display three times the actual power.
