Distance Mode Settings - Branson 900M Series Manual

After entering the Limits/Power sub-menu, set Peak Power as follows:

Do not select peak power input to end the weld
and proceed to hold.
ON
Select peak power input to end the weld and
proceed to hold.
PEAK POWER = 1-110 %
(D=1%)
Select the value of peak power used to end the
weld and proceed to hold.
g. Distance Mode Settings
This mode is used in conjunction with a 900AES/AOS actuator and is set through the
Setup menu, 1. Distance Mode sub-menu.
This mode allows you to further define your weld cycle with distance settings.
