Troubleshooting

Problem
Detector causes Electro-Magnetic
Interference
Acquired image is Non-linear or the
pixel are past the saturation point of
dose
Acquired image is completely dark
Acquired image is noisy
Acquired image shows a white or a
black channel

Reorient or relocate the receiving device.
•
Increase the separation between the equipment.
•
Consult the manufacturer or field service technician for help.
•
Check that the factory supplied cables are used.
•
Ensure that the tube dose is set to the correct settings.
•
Acquire another image at the recommended median count as
stated in
"Section 13.2, Gain Calibration" on page

If problem persists; unplug the cables, re-attach the cables,
re-establish the link.
