VivaPro software freezes
Viva Pro error message
Detector dropped
•
Restart the computer and re-launch the Viva Pro software.
Note: If this is a persistent problem, retrieve the error logs to
review found at:
C:\users\{username}\AppData\Local\ crash-
dumps\viva.log
•
Email the error log file generated to:
flatpanel.warranty@vareximaging.com. This log file is
normally found at :
C:\users\{username}\AppData\Local\
crashdumps\viva.log
•
Remove the cables from detector and inspect for damage.
•
Re-attach the cables to the detector and see if it powers on.
•
Re-establish a link.
•
Acquire an image from the detector and inspect for regions
of missing data.
Note: If the detector has been dropped and is not returned to
Varex Imaging, a new gain calibration must be
performed.
