When "[Rq.320] Synchronous encoder axis control request (R: M42241+8n/Q: M11601+4n)" is turned ON, if set to other than
"101 to 164", the synchronous encoder axis control starts without any condition.
If set to "101 to 164", the synchronous encoder axis control starts based on the specified high-speed input request signal.
When the mixed operation cycle function is valid, set the setting No. of the high-speed input request signal
that has "operation cycle" set in the high-speed input request signal control cycle setting.
