The cross switch of the foot control assumes the function of the button wheel
on the dentist element during manual positioning of the patient chair.
Prerequisites
ü All instruments are in their holders.
4 Chair up: slide cross switch on foot control towards ①.
4 Chair down: slide cross switch on foot control towards ③.
4 Backrest up: slide cross switch on foot control towards ②.
4 Backrest down: slide cross switch on foot control towards ④.

4.3.4 Automatic positioning of patient chair

Danger of injury from overload or dynamic load.
The patient chair might collapse.
4 Do not subject the patient chair to a load exceeding its limit (180 kg).
4 Do not subject the patient chair to dynamic loads.
Danger of crushing while moving the chair automatically.
The patient or treatment personnel can be clamped.
4 Monitor the patient and treatment personnel when changing the chair posi-
tion.
Recalling automatic positions through the dentist
element
The following keys can be used to recall saved chair positions.

The chair moves down.
The backrest moves upward.
The backrest moves downward.
