Setting the timer
Prerequisites
ü Standby menu is selected.
4 To set a timer time (e.g. Timer 1), press the "Timer" key until you hear a
beep.
ð The display switches to the settings menu for the timer time.

4.10 Operating the foot control

4.10.1 General functions

The foot control foot switches have dual assignments. The function of the foot
control depends on if an instrument is mounted or removed.

4.10.3 Preselecting the dentist

Prerequisites
ü All instruments are in their holders.
4 Hold down the foot pedal and press the stirrup switch.
ð Each time the stirrup switch is pressed, the selection advances to the
next dentist (dentist 1 to 6).
The number of dentists can be set in the user menu.
Two dentists are set as the default.

4.10.4 Starting and adjusting instruments

4 Remove the handpiece (e.g turbine handpiece, motor) from the holder.
