Control Panel LED Check Flow

Follow the flow shown below to identify the location of failure on the basis of the Control Panel LED status and fix the failure.
If a number such as -1- or -2- is shown in the flow diagram box, be sure to refer to the check item table and make a judgment.

Panel Main Power LED
blinking?
YES

Which is the
blink pattern of the Control
Panel Main Power
LED?
Pattern 1

Is the FLASH
PCB LED1
blinking?
Turn OFF the main
power, remove the Flash
PCB, and turn ON the
main power again.

Is an error code
displayed on the Control
Panel LCD?
YES
Replace the following parts.
- Flash PCB
Finish
(1) Control Panel Main Power LED is blinking / ON
Check item
Blink pattern of the Control Panel Main Power LED
NO

Is the Control
NO
Panel Main Power LED
ON?
YES

Is the LED8 of
NO
the Main Controller
PCB ON?
- Replace the micro-USB cable
YES
connecting the Main Controller PCB
(J4502) and the Control Panel Unit
(J1021). *
- Replace the mini-HDMI cable connecting
the Main Controller PCB (J4501) and the
Control Panel Unit (J1020). *
- Replace the Control Panel.
- If the above does not resolve the problem,
replace the Main Controller PCB.
Replace the following parts.
- Main Controller PCB
Pattern 2
Replace the following
parts.
- Low-voltage Power
Supply PCB
- Inlet unit- Power Supply
Cable
NO
Replace the following parts.
- Main Controller PCB
*: Note that working with 2 or more people is required to lift
the Reader/ADF when replacing the corresponding parts.

the Main Controller PCB

Replace the following parts.
- Main Controller PCB
- Control Panel
- Two Cables ( micro-USB,
mini-HDMI ) between the
Main Controller PCB and
the Control Panel CPU
PCB. *

- Replace the micro-USB
cable connecting the
Main Controller PCB
(J4501) and the Control
Panel Unit (J1020). *
NO
Replace the following parts.
- Low-voltage Power
Supply PCB
- Inlet unit
- Power Supply Cable
