5 - FIXING INSTRUCTIONS

5.1 - Fixing
The following figures illustrate the layout of automation fastening on the wall.

The coupling profile can be used to facilitate assembly of the
automation. It is advisable to fix the central screw first and then the
side screws so that the profile can be levelled correctly. To fix the
coupling profile, screws with a head height of no more than 3.5 mm
and a maximum diameter of 4.2 mm must be used.
Before drilling and fixing the main beam, remove the limit switches,
remove the sliding track and the anti-vibration profile to avoid
damage. Then drill the beam at the appropriate notch as indicated
in the figure below.

5.2 - Inserting the track on the beam

Insert the track and the anti-vibration seal in the seat provided on
the beam as shown in the image below. Make sure the seat is
clean and free from chips.

The maximum distance between two successive fixing screws
must not exceed 500 mm, while for the screws in the ends it is
recommended not to exceed 200 mm from the end edge of the
beam.
Once all the holes have been drilled, clean the beam well from the
shavings and aluminium residues.
To fix the beam, use screws appropriate to the type of support
present with a diameter of not less than 6 mm and a head height
of not more than 6.5 mm.
N.B. Position the track 10 mm away from the end edge of the beam
as shown in the figure.
Fasten the track to the beam using the limit switches, temporarily
positioning them at the ends of the track, slightly tightening the
screw in the figure in order to lock possible movements of the
block.
