Checking the flow meter
INFO!: You can find more information and the corresponding
drawing contained in the solenoid valve operating instructions in
the appendix to this documentation.
1.
To dismantle the solenoid valve, switch the system to "OFF"
operating mode.
2.
Manually close the shut-off valve upstream of the pressure
reducer
3.
Drain the system through ball valve V2 to drain D
4.
Undo the 4 socket cap screws on the housing and remove
the valve cap together with the coil attachment.
Pay attention to the cable.
5.
Remove the inserts
6.
Check the diaphragm for damage
7.
Clean the interior of the housing, especially the throttle
opening and the small pre-spill port in the valve outlet.
INFO!: When handling the flow meter, always be aware of the
cable. When refitting the flow meter, note the flow arrow on the
housing.

Switch to "OFF" operating mode to stop the system.
2.
To dismantle a flow meter, switch the system to "OFF" oper‐
ating mode.
3.
Manually close the shut-off valve upstream of the pressure
reducer.
4.
Drain the system through ball valve V2 to drain D.
5.
To remove the flow meter, undo the corresponding threaded
connectors in the water pipework.
6.
Check the sensor element inside the flow meter for deposits
and clean as necessary.
7.
Fit the flow meter into the feed water line in the right direc‐
tion, noting the flow arrow.
