1.
Inspect the metering pump regularly during operation to
ensure that it is working correctly.
2.
Check the suction-side and pressure-side connectors.
3.
Check that the liquid polymer is being metered; the metering
hose is transparent for checking purposes.
4.
Check whether the threaded connectors on the injection
valve and the water supply to the mixing chamber are tight.

Visual inspection for leak-tightness and liquid polymer res‐
idue.
2.
Visual inspection of the screw connections for loose nuts and
washers.
INFO!: You must clean the filter insert no later than when 2/3 of the
throughput surface of the filter insert is dirty.

To dismantle the filter insert, switch the system to "OFF"
operating mode.
2.
Manually close the shut-off valve upstream of the pressure
reducer.
3.
Drain the system through ball valve V2 to drain D.
4.
Details of the subsequent procedure, can be found in the
manufacturer's instructions for the pressure reducer.

operation.
