Setpoint and measured value converge after a delay time
When post-dilution is installed, the max. output of 400 l/h of the pre‐
pared polymer solution is taken from the main line and the remaining
volume of raw water is automatically adjusted using the control valve
VC2
Pre-conditions:
All connectors connected at the inlets and outlets.

Main switch on.

Pressure on the display of the unit / PI 1 / left corner of the HMI

< 6 bar.
Pause function not enabled / jumper to terminals or external

Solenoid valve V1 opens for approx. 15 minutes.
Control valve VC1 regulates to max. flow.
Motorised valve V2 opens and V3 closes.
Approx. 110 litres are flushed through.
Solenoid valve V1 and control valve VC1 close automatically.
StartUp draining of mixer
Solenoid valve V1 closes.
Control valve VC1 closes.
Motorised valve V2 remains open and V3 closed.
The mixing chamber is drained after approx. 240 seconds.
Start of pressure build-up.
Solenoid valve V1 opens.
Control valve VC1 opens to approx. 50%.
Motorised valve V2 closes and V3 remains closed.
