Pressure on the display of the unit / PI 1 / left corner of the HMI

Pause function not enabled / jumper to terminals or external

Open ball valve V2 and close ball valve V3

Open solenoid valve V1 for approx. 15 minutes
Adjust control valve VC1 to 50%
Start-up flush of the mixer, water for drainage
After 15 minutes, close the solenoid valve V1 and control valve VC1
OFF
Startup draining of mixer
The mixing chamber is drained after approx. 5 minutes
Then close ball valve V2 and open V3
AUTO
Solenoid valve V1 opens automatically
Raw water flows through the system and the liquid polymer is also
metered in.
The automatic preparation process starts.
Polymer solution production.
The "Polymer preparation" output signal is immediately enabled
depending on the output of the system: after approx. 15 minutes at
400 l/h and after approx. 30 minutes at 200 l/h.
The control valve VC1 automatically adjusts the raw water volume to
the mixing and preparation chamber
