6.2.7 Control cabinet

Alongside the power supply and the fuses, the control cabinet
accommodates all the electrical control and command devices nec‐
essary for the operation of the system, such as the PLC and touch
panel. The pumps, solenoid valves and control valves are con‐
trolled and fused through the control cabinet. Analogue and digital
inputs and outputs connect the system sensors for flow and pres‐
sure measurements to the PLC and/or permit external signal con‐
trol by the specification of setpoints.
