The system is fully factory-assembled. The cabling between the
control cabinet and the electrical power units is fully installed.
Heavy weight of the system
The floor on which the system is to be installed might not bear
n
the weight and could break.
Ensure that the floor of the installation site can support the
n
weight of both the empty and full system.
Ensure that the entire system is fully installed vertically on the
n
floor. Make sure that there are no foreign objects on the floor
where the system is being installed.
Ensure that the system is easily accessible at all times for opera‐
tion, maintenance and filling.
Permissible ambient temperature: +5 °C ... +40 °C.
Humidity: None. Avoid rain and condensation.
Other: No dust, no direct sunlight.
Note the safety data sheet for the polymer, as well as statutory reg‐
ulations for disposal when draining the polymer solution.
Requirements:
The preparation water must be of drinking water quality. It must
n
be free of solids and suspended particles.
The inlet water pressure must be between 4 bar and 8 bar.

Make sure that the dimensions of the raw water and drainage
n
pipework match the drawing specifications
Route the overflow and drainage lines with a slope. Operate
n
these lines without back pressure.
1.
Connect the supply line for the raw water to the threaded
connector of the water apparatus.
2.
Connect the suction line supplied to the metering pump for
the liquid concentrate/emulsion.
3.
Connect pipework to the product outlet on site.
4.
Route the drainage line into an appropriate drain.
