Adjust the internal setpoint or external mA signal, check/change the
active ingredient.

Open solenoid valve V1 for approx. 15 minutes.
Start-up flush of the mixer, water for drainage.
Close solenoid valve V1.
OFF.
StartUp draining of mixer
The mixing chamber is drained after approx. 5 minutes.
Close ball valve V2 and open V3.
AUTO.
Solenoid valve V1 opens automatically.
Raw water flows through the system and the liquid polymer is also
metered in.
The automatic preparation process starts.
Polymer solution production.
The "Polymer preparation" output signal is immediately enabled
depending on the output of the system: after approx. 15 minutes at 400
l/h and after approx. 30 minutes at 200 l/h.
Diaphragm valve VC1 can adjust the output by adjusting the raw water
volume to the mixing and preparation chamber.
Adjust the setpoint and calibrate it to the measured value.
When post-dilution is installed, the max. output of 400 l/h of the pre‐
pared polymer solution is taken from the main line and the remaining
volume of raw water must be adjusted using diaphragm valve VC2.
