Rights Manager Logs

The Rights Manager has its own log files. For information about session or error
logs, see Viewing Log

Viewing the Rights Manager Log

To view the Rights Manager log:
Step 1.
Click Logs.
The Rights Manager Logs Viewer appears, as shown in
Step 2.
Click the option under Logs Configuration.

Click Log failed Logon attempts to track this activity.
Click Log successful Logons to track this activity.
Click Log logoffs to track logoffs.
Click Log the next LDAP hash
Use this option if you are unable to authenticate to your LDAP server.
If you click this checkbox, the Rights Manager records the next LDAP
authentication attempt. You can send this log to SMC for analysis.
