Assign a name to the When Name.

You can choose All dates or a specific range of dates.
You might have a visitor, for example, who is with you for the month
of January, so you could click from January 1 through January 31.
You might want to choose specific days and times.
For contractors, you might choose week days from 8:00 through 5:00.
