i. PROG ADDL RECIPE KEYS? displays. Press UP and
DOWN on the PROGRAM
Y(YES) or N(NO). Select Y to begin programming
another recipe or N to exit and return to ADV USER
SETTING. Press CONFIRM
6. Press the 6 button, BEEP VOLUME displays. Press
UP and DOWN on the PROGRAM
The Volume level. 0 is off and 3 is loudest. Press
CONFIRM button.
8. Press the 8 button, IDLE SETBACK? displays. Press UP and DOWN on the PROGRAM
or N(NO). Select Y and press CONFIRM
a. If Y, is selected,IDLE SETBACK TIME displays. Set the desired time(10:00 to 99:59)and press CONFIRM

b. SETBACK TEMP displays. Set the desired setback
temperature(200F - 300F OR 93C - 149C)and press
the CONFIRM
Note: IDLE will be displayed and the temperature will
reset to the lower setback temperature setting if no
button is pressed before the idle setback timer runs out.
The dry fire test function is an important feature intended to prevent the fryer burners from turning on
with no liquid in the fry tank. It is recommended to be left in the on(Y) position. The fry tank can be damaged if the
burners are turned on while empty and will void your warranty.

5. Press the 5 button PASSCODE displays. Press UP
and DOWN on the PROGRAM
LOCKED or UNLOCKED. Setting to LOCKED will prevent
unauthorized changes in the ADV USER SETTING mode.
Press CONFIRM button.
7. Press the 7 button, LANGUAGE displays. Press UP
and DOWN on the PROGRAM
controller language(ENGLISH,FRENCH or SPANISH). Press
CONFIRM button. Spanish and French are currently
unavailable.
9. Press the 9 button, DRY FIRE TEST displays. Press
UP and DOWN on the PROGRAM
YES or NO. Select YES and press CONFIRM
to activate or NO to leave inactive.
