SCSI Commands: 21BLOG SENSE
Multi-byte numeric fields are in big-endian format. Each field records the specified
data at the time the event occurred. If the REPEAT bit is set, then the parameter
indicates that the specified event occurred multiple times in succession without any
other event type in between.

Description
The density code of the medium loaded at the time the error occurred.
LTO4 drive
LTO2 = 42h (read only)
LTO3 = 44h
LTO4 = 46h
00h = data cartridge or none
01h = cleaning cartridge
80h = WORM cartridge
The number of hours of hours of tape motion across the head since
manufacture when the event occurred.
The Repeat bit is set if error event occurred multiple times
The Sense Key value reported for the event.
The Additional Sense Code reported for the event.
The Additional Sense Code Qualifier reported for the event.
The Message Code reported for the event. These values are defined
in this manual in Appendix A: Message Codes.
The ASCII string representing the version of firmware in the drive
when the event occurred.
The time in medium motion hours since the last successful cleaning
when the error event occurred.
The Operation Code of the command associated with the error event
The Service Action of the command associated with the error event
The ASCII string representing the manufacturer and serial number of
the cartridge in the drive when the event occurred.
This field is not supported and set to zero
The timestamp at the time of the error event
Temperature of drive when error event occurred. (Celsius). Note that
tempearature is only reported on the LTO3HH and LTO4HH drives. Other
drives report zero in this field.
