PARTITION USAGE HISTORY (ID 0341h): Provides counters for the partition
specified by the PARTITION NUMBER field in the CDB. Data is presented in the
same format as the MEDIUM USAGE HISTORY (ID 0340h). Note that since there is
only one partition on the LTO media the PARTITION USAGE HISTORY will be
identical to the MEDIUM USAGE HISTORY.
