If a conflict is detected in the reservation or in an On Going Conference, the
Participants Scheduling Conflicts window opens, listing the found data.
The following information is displayed:

Field/Option Description
Requested Lists the names of conflicting participants requested to join
Participants the conference currently being created.
Reserved Lists the names of participants already scheduled in
Participants previously created conferences whose data match those of
the newly requested participant.
Phone/IP Lists the phone numbers or IP addresses of all listed
participants.
Alias Lists the aliases of all listed participants.
Conn. Type Indicates the participant's connection type:

Conf. Name Lists the names of the conferences in which each participant
is defined.
Dial-in – participants call the conference
Dial-out – the system calls the participant
