Click the Participants Queue Filter button.
The Participants Queue Filter dialog box opens.

Enter the Filter name to save it in the database for future use.
Define the filtering options. You can select from the listed statuses of
participants to be monitored or the participants who dialed the indicated
dial-in numbers.
