To mute/un-mute participant's audio:
Using the participant right-click menu:

In the Browse, Monitor or Status pane, right-click the participant's
icon, and then click Mute Audio.
The menu option changes to Un-mute Audio and the status of the
audio channel in the Audio column in the Status and Monitor panes
changes to "Mute Audio".

To unmute the audio channel for a participant, right-click the
participant's icon and then click Unmute Audio.
