Updating Firmware
Firmware gives your emulator a "personality" for a particular processor or
processor family.
After you have connected the emulator to your target system, you may need to
update the firmware to give it the right personality for your processor.
Update the firmware if:
• You need to change the personality of the emulator for a new processor.
• You have an updated version of the firmware from Agilent Technologies.
