Chapter 7 Alarm Notification and Troubleshooting
Display unit
Lower stage
(Press the reset key after eliminating the cause.)
(Green)
LOW⇒LEVEL⇒FLT
Fluid level shown by the fluid level meter has fallen.
Add circulating fluid.
LOW⇒LEVE⇒WRN
WATER ⇒ LEAK
Circulating fluid leakage inside the unit is suspected.
Piping resistance increased. Check the opening of the
HIGH ⇒ PRESS
valve, pinching or blockage of the piping or clogging of
the filter.
LOW⇒FLOW⇒WRN
Check the installation environment. Clean the dust filter
AMB⇒TEMP⇒OUT
of the ventilation.
DI ⇒ ERROR
Replace DI filter.
TEMP⇒READY⇒ERROR
Overloaded, cooling failure, insufficient circulating fluid
flow rate, large fluctuation of the heat load, etc.
TEMP⇒OUT.HI
Increase the flow rate through the chiller. (Adjust the by-
pass valve)
TEMP⇒OUT.LO
Displayed flow rate: 2LPM or less, piping is thin,
LOW⇒FLOW⇒FLT
external valve is closed, pinching or blockage of the
piping or clogging of the filter.
Discharge temp.: 45
TEMP ⇒ FLT
failure, insufficient flow rate, etc. Increase the flow rate
through the chiller. (Adjust the by-pass valve)
Return temp.: 45
RET⇒TEMP⇒FLT
rate, overload, etc. Increase the flow rate through the
chiller. (Adjust the by-pass valve)
Displayed pressure: 0.5MPa or higher. Connect piping
HIGH⇒PRESS⇒FLT
so that the pressure is 0.5MPa or less. Adjust the
bypass valve.
Displayed pressure:0.03MPa or less.
LOW⇒PRESS⇒FLT
Check that the pump has not stopped.
Turn off the power supply switch and restart.
MEM ⇒ ERROR
If the error occurs again, ask for service.
INP1 ⇒ ERROR
Contact input has been detected.
INP2 ⇒ ERROR
Isolated operation of the pump is stopped (press
FORCE ⇒ STOP
"RUN/STOP" key for 5 seconds).
Notice for maintenance, perform maintenance for part
MANT ⇒ ALARM
for which alarm is generated.
No request message from the host computer.
COMM ⇒ ERROR
Try to send the request message again.
REF⇒ERROR⇒0000
Error occurred in the refrigerated circuit. Ask for service.
SENS⇒ERROR⇒0000
An error occurred in a sensor. Ask for service.
CTRL⇒ERROR⇒0000
An error occurred in the controller. Ask for service.
