DASH
The cruise control maintains your car's
speed without you havin g your foot on the
accelerator pedal.
The cruise control lever is on the ri g ht side
of the steerin g column.
The ON-OFF/CANCEL switch is at the end
of the lever and is activated by pushin g in
towards the direction of the steerin g
The outer half of the lever rotates up to the
RES-ACCEL position or down to the SET­
DECEL position.
The SET -DECEL position is used to set
initial speed and to decrease speed.
The RESUME-ACC position is used to
resume "memory" speed and to increase
speed. It can also be used to set initial
speed.
TO SET INITIAL SPEED:
Turn on tr1e ignition.

Press the ON-OFF/CANCEL switch. CRUISE is

displayed on the instrument panel.
Press the accelerator pedal until travellin g at your desired speed (must be above

km/h) and then rotate the lever down
RESUME-ACCEL position.
Note the ACTIVE symbol next to the CRUISE
symbol on the instrument panel is now showin g
You may now release both the accelerator pedal and the lever, as the cruise control

is now maintainin g the speed.
