Defines the auto fallback of the clock.
Range:
0 = Manual

which board synchronizes in the
event of clock failure.

10 = NetRef1
11 = NetRef2
When the clock source is set to
Network, this parameter selects the
Trunk ID to be used as the clock
synchronization source of the board.
