Backward Compatibility
The connection between the old naming parameters and the new ones is done by creating
the name pattern from the old name parameters. Let's assume for example that the old
name parameters are:
GATEWAYNAME = "gw"
TRUNKNAME = "s"
ENDPOINTNAME = "chan"
This is equivalent to the following new name parameters:
PHYSTERMNAMEPATTERN = "gws*chan*"
LOGICALRTPTERMPATTERN = "gwrtp/*"
