Trunk and Channel Status
To access the Trunk and Channel Status screen, take these 3
steps:
1.
From the main menu list on the left, click on the Status and Diagnostics link. The
Status and Diagnostics screen appears.
2.
From the sub-menu bar on the top, click the Channel Status link. The Trunk and
Channel Status screen appears. The screen is Read-only.
The number of trunks and channels that appear on the screen depends of the system
configuration.
The Trunk and Channel Status indicators can appear colored. The table below shows the
possible indicators and their descriptions.
